Bidders must ask any pertinent question prior to winning an auction. Return approval must be requested within 24 hours of items delivery via e-bay message. If approved for a return, an item must reach the seller within 7 Days of approval. The buyer will be responsible for paying return shipping. The refund given will be equal to only the auction's final bid. We do our best to make sure that all transactions go smoothly. Please ask any question. We are happy to assist you in making a proper bidding decision. Electronics: All electronic items are tested prior to being listed. Only items that function properly are listed. If you receive a non-functioning item, we will know that something happened during shipping or during set-up on the delivery end. If you are concerned about a product being damaged or altered during shipping, it would be wise to request an invoice with an insurance option. Typical insurance rates will run $2 per $50 of item value. Should an electronic item be approved for return, the return policy above must be followed. The item will be evaluated for original condition status prior to refund or exchange decisions being made. If the item is determined to have been altered, no refund or exchange will be given. New in Box electronics that prove to be defective should be returned to the manufacturer for exchange.
